Boredom and the now lack of structure in your day are two of the biggest triggers for recidivism and relapse.

Keep in mind while in prison, the day is planned out. Now that your on the outside, what will you be going to do with all your time? If you do not follow through on plans to participate in healthy and productive activities, you can get right back into a cycle of negative and destructive behaviors.  

Low-Cost Leisure and Recreational Activities

Volunteer. - Join a support group. -

The library Listen to music read a book.  — books, CDs, cassettes, videos, and sometimes even games, toys, and pictures can be borrowed from the library.
