Veteran Demographical Statistics:

1)    There are about 37 million dependents (spouses and dependent children).

2)    Veterans make up 20% of the adult US population.

3)    Every year, about 400,000 professionals leave the military and enter the civilian workforce.

4)    These professionals offer a wide range and diverse experiences, mutuality, high level of skills, knowledge and abilities that a recent college or high school graduate still does not yet poses.

5)    Our nations military personnel are trained, accustomed to working in teams, have engrained leadership skills to bring your company into the future and keep it in   the lead.

Education:

Today’s military personnel leave the service with unprecedented tuition benefits, which can only add to a company's bottom line of skills desired.

Recruiting Cost:

1)   There are about 37 million dependents (spouses and dependent children).

2)   Military: about 400,000 new “graduates” every year.
